Primavera (P6) Project Scheduler

 

§Develop a Master Integrated Project Schedule and establish an agreed upon baseline for multiple phases of a project involving the replacement of approximately 544,000 residential and commercial electrical meters, and an overall project duration spanning in excess of 4 years.

§Set-up project structures in Primavera (P6) from scratch, including Work Breakdown Structure, Project Codes, Activity Codes, Resources, as well as, some Global (ADMIN) settings.

§Develop a formal Schedule Update process to ensure timely updates and report on schedule variances.

§Create and maintain a Project Dashboard used in monitoring project status at the Executive Steering Committee, level.

§Resource load schedules and create reports showing utilization and over-allocations.
